Stone Harbor council members are a complete and utter disgrace. Public Works employees have not received their measly 2% raise since 2024. They have intentionally delayed negotiating pay increases for Public Works, just as well as they did with Police. The council members will consider increasing their OWN compensation, but not for the employees who keep that town in "tip top shape." In an environment where the cost of living remains high, going on 2 years without a raise is effectively a pay cut!
