As a county employee I have a real problem with Facilities and Services department management .We were called in Sunday to remove snow on county properties. The crew was short handed and we shoveled for 8 hours in snow and pouring rain. The director was mad because we called it a day after 8 hours because we were tired and wet. Then I found out 2 workers were pulled away to shovel a commissioners house . Are you kidding me! Then one of my coworkers witnessed a F&S supervisor plowing a farm driveway on route 83 with a county truck! Nepotism is stealing!
