The Supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article VI clause 2 establishes that the Constitution, federal laws, and treaties are the "supreme law of the land" taking priority over conflicting state laws meaning state judges must uphold federal law. Looks like we have a lot of politicians who have never read the Constitution or are serial liars.
