In the last three years, I have witnessed a significant deterioration of the Lower Cape May Regional School District. Academic standards have been significantly reduced, behavioral standards are rarely enforced, and political favoritism, especially in terms of compensation for newly hired employees, has been rampant. I can’t name a single aspect of our district that has improved under the current superintendent. We used to have a great district. We could get back to that with the right leadership.
