$80,000,000.00 for 5 years of booze for homeless people in CA . A total of 55 participants. Must’ve been the good stuff. Let’s stop paying taxes it would be better than the silly chaos in the streets and no one would come here anymore because there won’t be any handouts. Win!Win!
Moderator's Note: Here is what I found :From the SanFrancisco Chronicle ,The City operates a managed Alcohol Program where some alcohol is provided to some Chronically homeless people with severe alcoholism as part of a public health approach aimed at reducing dangerous withdrawal symptoms and costly emergency interventions. The Program costs about $5million a year and has been operating for several years. Truth may be stranger than fiction!!!
