Sadly, a WCM resident has taken to spreading hateful misinformation regarding the Winery/Borough lawsuit settle in 2016. Simply google this and find the truth in the Herald. Yes, the winery sued. The insurance company, JIF, told WCM to settle. The agreed amount was $550,000, JIF paid $275,00, WCM paid only $280,000 using a $300,000 bond. Another $10,000 was needed to pay the Winery to settle an an Open Public Meeting Act case. As one resident said "The fact that you settled for that amount of money indicated you denied due process, The size of the settlement indicate WCM was very wrong".
