I watched a woman get stuck in flood waters. Fire was sent to rescue her. Instead of getting out of her car, she sat on her phone until she was finished her call. She then unloaded her car with suitcases, garment bags, her purse. She got out of the rescue truck a few times to check her car. It was the most frustrating thing to watch. She should not have driven through the water. She held up other rescues by treating these men like her own personal assistants. If you evacuate the vehicle sent to evacuate you, the rule should be you are on your own.
