I am absolutely dumbfounded why I can’t serve drinks Togo. The A.B.C. Of New Jersey deems any Bar/Lounge Cannot serve drinks Togo. Yet, on On any Friday I see, Red cups, blue cups, green cups, beers in cozy’s, vodka in water bottles and drinks in cups of fast food chains that aren’t even close to NWW. Nobody stops them? In addition, I’ve been to so many places/Bars that serve Togo on the Boards?!? I have followed the rules when we were the only Bar on the Boards from 2003-to the present day. I’d be willing to bet I paved the way for Bars on the Boards.
