Well over worked summer help at DPW and going on 20 months for the full time workers without a contract and services still have not been delayed plus more services have been added to the workers. What would happen if they did not show up ? No trash picked up, no clean beaches, public bathrooms a complete mess, lawns not cut, businesses can not properly operate with trash over flowing. Maybe then the administrator would want to sit down and offer a fair contract or council will get involved and tell him to get it settled.
