To the resident who uses his SIC house to store an old falling apart Boston Whaler ,your neighbors are asking you nicely to move it back to your house in Avalon. Maybe you can keep it there for the next 20 years. I’m sure your neighbors will appreciate it. Really , what is your problem? A total lack of respect for the Neighborhood.
