Why do people bike riding on the sidewalk think that they don't have to yield to anyone on foot? If you are above the age of 12, you should know how to ride a bike in the street. I know it's crowded due to lack of parking, however, the sidewalk is just as crowded with walkers, runners, moms with double wide strollers, dog walkers. People have lost all common sense.
