Let's be clear! The city of Cape May received what they paid for with the beach public address system. As a long time member of the CMBP I remember the previous Safety Committee selecting a proven successful outdoor system used at Giants Stadium . Why were these "box auditorium speakers" installed? I am speaking of North of Convention Hall. The system has not functioned properly and can not be heard in the water by bathers. Let's fix this as part of the city's maintaining equipment before we have major incident or injury due to Cape Mays lack of attention to detail.
