Cape May Anti Dog Spouter, you are one of the reasons why my perfectly behaved dogs are not allowed in some public places. My dogs are better behaved then most humans , especially screaming kids in restaurants. Why be such a complainer ? My dogs happen to be ESP’s so they are ALLOWED everywhere per Federal Law!
