I cant speak highly enough about year over year improvements in safety. The local police are like the special forces of public safety on the island in all burroughs. Whats concerning is the stank of smoke and emissions. We are a community; lets follow their examples and do what we can. Save a trip, be considerate, maybe obey the rules.. Recall what we have is great and lets clean it all up right.
