Something is very wrong with our tax rate here in Wildwood it should be half of the current rate. How can single family homes paying over the last 20 years 2500 to 7000 dollars. Those homes have been replaced by 3-6 or more units at 6800 to 7500 dollars per unit. So a property now generates up to 45,000 dollars ?
