Why is council now trying to even restrict more of what can be allowed or built on our property? What are the new setbacks going to accomplish? We are not Sea Isle or even Avalon in that we can’t build 3 stories, no duplexes, how many more constraints are going to be forced upon us? The genie is already out of the bottle with large houses. This is just unjustified. We all long for much of the old Stone Harbor, but you let beautiful historic homes be demolished vs saved. That is where the focus should be! Btw some of the most beautiful historical homes that have been lost were 4 stories!
