Since when is sexual activity OK at Higbee Beach? Lower Township police says it's State Police's responsibility but state kicks it back to Lower because by the time they send an officer out ,there's hours of time gone by. Cops say they are understaffed. NJDEP has been wonderful, but again, short staffed and limited with what they can actually do. So let me get this straight... someone will be assaulted, or raped, before anything is done? I have lived here my ENTIRE LIFE and pay nearly $10,000 in taxes. I want to feel safe in MY HOME TOWN. THIS IS GETTING OLD. SOMEONE DO SOMETHING.
