Time for the state park down at capemay Point can you tighten up on the dogs running wild on the beach as well as people swimming. Before you know it, someone will either gets bit by a loose dog or someone’s going to drown. Been going to the state park for years. I’ve never seen this out-of-control like this year. I’ve never seen a Ranger come through all season and I’m there 2 to 3 days a week.
