The police chief needs to address the motorized/electric bikes, scooters, golf carts. The people in the scooters and bikes are flying down the street the wrong way and one of these times someone is going to get killed. As for the golf carts, adults only and they need a seatbelt, I've seen several this summer with infant car seats attached not just on the back but in the passenger seat and kids riding on the back with no seatbelt. Didn't anyone learn a lesson last year at in October when that family was thrown from their cart. They should be banned from the street, "golf" cart means golf course
