"Heartbroken in Avalon" You are so on point!!! People from here drive to Cape May to be enthralled by its charming tree lined streets and lovely historic homes. We, here in Avalon have fallen to the demands of these developers who come to town, join our community and then make it look like BOCA!!! Please let us join together to tell Realtors (of which there are way too many) and their developers to halt for a moment and perhaps let the idea of a long term city plan with some aesthetics enter into their brain!
