Mike Testa obviously does not understand the down side of nuclear energy production. It takes approximately 1,000 years for the radioactive waste created during the generation process to break down to a safe level. Nobody wants to store that waste in their backyard. That's why in the early 1980's there was a moratorium placed on new nuclear plant construction. These are documented facts.
