Maybe if Stone Harbors governing body took a more serious approach to seek out the best price and have an open bidding process for new fire apparatus, they would see that other apparatus manufacturers offer more truck for less money. Has anyone noticed that all of the current trucks in Stone Harbor's fire house all came from the same manufacturer?
