I appreciate the Herald's article on the vandalism at the HS by a group of seniors. Dr. Salvo's press release seems like he's taking this seriously however some key information was missing. He left out the destruction of $10k mirror and extremely expensive matts both used in performing arts and only listed minor vandalism. What is the total cost?? I've heard up to $50k! He said the school MAY seek restitution. As a taxpayer the bulk of my taxes go to the schools. I demand the offenders make full restitution, including paying the labor cost of the custodians or face criminal charges.
