So the city charges to use the beach, I have to buy a parking pass because the streets around me are metered, I have to pay for tennis, and I have to pay for my kids to do camps in town. A group of people had the city spend $100,000+ on pickleball courts that we pay referees to keep off those not welcomed and that they think are only theirs to use and they don’t have to pay for and now we are building a million dollar dog park that is going to be free to use? Who determines what fees are charged for what activities?
