To the Cape Spouter complaining about the "taxpayers pool". If you do attend the pool now or go on the City Website, they are looking for lifeguards and Swim Instructors. I'm sure once that happens those much needed and wanted programs will be back. So if you know any lifeguards or qualified swim instructors tell them to apply.
