Ground Water problems on 2nd Ave in Cape May. The City has to address this problem, for over 3 weeks a Motel has been pumping murky ground water onto 2nd Ave. With no storm sewer drains on Beach Ave. or 2nd Ave., this stagnant water will create health and safety problems. The Motel already has a pending Court Case and another Building Application for demolition and construction of a new Hotel & Restaurant. How can any construction be considered with current ground water problems there ?
