We pre-paid $452 to extend our subscription to the Philadelphia Inquirer. They were to deliver daily papers by 7 am. After our check was cashed, we got a letter from the VP of Home Delivery. "Our distributor in your area has decided to move to mail delivery." No Sunday papers that we already paid for. Every other paper coming late. What's up with that? Since when does their distributor in our area outrank the VP of Home Delivery? Thanks for letting me spout off.
