In criminal court the prosecution must disclose all evidence it has , this disclosure must be made to the defendant's attorney that is the law for criminal cases in America that involve US citizens. So what what the DOJ did to the people arrested for parading and vandalism on January 6th 2021 was a violation of their rights to a fair trial and false imprisonment . The DOJ broke the law by not disclosing all evidence. The Judges will all lose on appeal for ruling with the DOJ and the federal government will than be liable in civil court for monetary damages. That is our judicial system.
