A Jan 6 defendant wants a delay in their trial so 40,000 hours of video released can be reviewed by their defense team. They spent a whole 34 minutes inside the Capitol, and their entire odyssey was documented in video their defense team has already been provided with. The additional 39,999 hours and 26 minutes of footage is superfluous to their case, and the judge has denied the delay. Other people's actions on that day have no bearing on their case, yet this tactic is being employed by several of the already convicted, to claim the government suppressed exculpatory evidence. Ridiculous.
