Over the wknd we witnessed a couple letting their dog relive and deficate on the church lawn. I had said to them that there are no pets allowed on the mall ,let alone do their business on the church lawn. They did not pick it up and they said ****mind your own business. If someone comments that I should call the police, why, no one enforces the no dogs on the mall ,let alone enforcing picking up their mess. Enforce your ordinances.
