Convention Hall is not a recreation center. Kiwanis Park already has a grant. Lafayette St Park should be the City's importance to get completed and not worry about Arches on the Promenade. School safety should be important as well. Years ago, the drop off at the School was an issue . The kids, their safety and ability to enjoy themselves in our community should rate higher than anything else. We need a legitimate Recreation Dept.
