Anybody who saw that video of the YouTuber walking around the Lower Township Municipal Building and thought he was in the wrong for exercising his constitution rights obviously is ready to give the keys to their house and car to the government. Rights are like muscles, don't exercise them and they go away. Police can ask him questions like why he's there, but asking him for ID or impeding him or limiting his activity is a civil violation of his rights and able to be litigated. He's committing no crime. You should never give police your ID or name if you have not committed a crime.
