Nails in tires a good thing? Maybe for the rich people building houses or for the town that is going to reap new taxes, but not so much for the unlucky person who happens to drive over the nail. Could be someone who does not have the extra money to have tire fixed WHY ARE THOSE NAILS IN THE STREET ANYWAY? shouldn't the rich contractors or the rich having home built clean nails up everyday? just cause u think no big deal?it IS a big deal to some.
