The weakest students are quota accepted to what used to be considered the best colleges, the least impressive candidates are selected to be leaders of the country and the least competent employees not only remain employed, but are actively promoted far above their real potential. It's exactly the sort of unsustainable, destructive and wholly un-American result you'd expect from an equity agenda that seeks to bring the best down to the performance level of the worst, in a race to reach the lowest common denominator of equality of outcomes.
