Cape May Court House

Those of us of a certain age remember the inflation that caused the interest rates of the 1980’s. You could get 14% on a CD, 10% for a savings account, even 5 to 6% on a checking account, yes, a checking account, and the Fed Prime rate was 17.5%, so you know what that did to credit card rates. Today no one remembers those rates, and if past is prologue, no one will remember today’s interest rates in 50 years. What they will remember is if democracy is sacrificed to appease the minority party that wants to rule forever, and inject their pseudo religious mores into governance.
