This weekend in Philadelphia ANOTHER Pop-Up car take over ....No Deaths thank god but injuries and more than 2 motor vehicle accidents. I guess that chief should resign too and the mayor as well.......It was not as big as Wildwoods but took over a section of the city and a major highway........bc Wildwood had 2 unfortunate deaths, people want the Chief and Mayors head.........ridiculous and sad that a tragedy occurred but obviously it can happen anywhere. You can't overly prepare for every incident. But the general public hasn't a clue how police operate and prepare.
