How do I tell my neighbor that I am not interested in his suggestive bantering without causing friction and animosity. I am sure he dosen't care that he is causing negative friction because he is too wrapped up in himself to care. How do I let him know that I know what he is doing and that I am not, not only not interested, but "back off and leave me alone."
