What's the difference between progress and destruction? My neighbor wants to build a rental property. By building this, the meaning of neighborhood is transformed from "neighborhood" into into rateable property and ownership for one. In a neighborhood people have some sense of other, in rateable property other is about ownership and property value not about the people who live there. We are getting so divided as a country and as a neighborhood. I am so glad I am not young anymore.
