Sheehan's NO vote on the Fire Contract was well thought-out as it did not address the financial level and needs that benefit the entry-level firemen; and yes she did raise a lot of important questions on the bonding for an unknown police station. THAT IS HER JOB and RESPONSIBILTY to all the citizens of CM. Listen to her questions, She does a lot of study and homework that other members of City Council do not do.
