Middle needs to put a stop to any more construction along Stone Harbor Blvd rather than lower the speed limit. Development along that road poses the greatest safety risk. Speed limits should not go down just because people built where they shouldn't have been allowed to build. Middle is letting developers and builders just destroy this township.
