Quality of life in a resort town is very important. The teens are unruly and disrespectful on the boardwalk and on the sidewalks and streets they do not care about people walking or cars. They have not been taught right from wrong or how to respect people or property, they have been raised by lazy parents, and public schooling. Good for the police officers who are addressing this and keep up the good work.
