Why are there no crosswalks along "Fish Alley"? It is a nightmare driving on that road with all the double parking, trucks, and pedestrians crossing every which way. It seems like a huge safety issue. There should be a crosswalk from 42nd or 43rd to cross over Park Rd for all the people walking to the restaurants, etc.
