Almost 10 years ago, I spouted off about tater tots. I took a well needed break and per request, I’m back. I still enjoy tater tots tremendously, but have cut back on my overall potato consumption. Tots are still #1 in my book. My favorite Mr. Potato Head is Darth Tater.
