Observation one day on our beautiful beach threw us for a loop. After settling in our spot, right in front of us do we see two couples who are drinking, smoking, vaping and smoking pot. No where did we see any police . There are many who do not follow the rules posted by entrance to beach. Must we be subjected to this, when all we wanted was to have our day at the beach. Why bother to post the rules if they are not followed.
