Stone Harbor Property Owners Association needs to step up. Run away spending, bloated personnel, extravagant new police cars, fire jet skis, LifeGuard Taj Mahal. There is absolutely no reason that anyone should have to pay to park in Stone Harbor. Let’s end the game called "making money "by writing tickets.
