Why are contractors permitted to park in any direction they want and the same question goes for their delivery of materials or equipment, and they have no pride in the appearance of their construction site and trash. My other complaint is the lawn cutting contractors, plus working on Saturdays the big change-over day. These changes are additional negatives being pushed on the property owners.
