I just read the column review and opinion. I have a child in high school in Lower Township. He has a math disability. But yet he is required to take algebra. How are we preparing him for a trade? He can’t go to the vocational school because he has to take a test. Isn’t that what a vocational school is for to prepare students for a trade? I pay taxes here and yet the vocational school is out of reach for the students who could really use the training to prepare them for the future. I guess I will be using my algebra skills to just get him by. Maybe more parents should start voicing their opinions
