I was watching Baywatch on t.v. the other night and was wondering why Cape May's Beach Patrol does not have all those nice toys? Their lifeguards have jet skis, motor boats, Toyota beach trucks, scuba gear, binocolurs..... And how about all the georgous eye candy? Forget about it!
