I understand that once again, the USPS is having problems. I know there are delays , still! with the mail, but why are they still charging priority rates when they know it won't get there in that amount of time? The time it takes amounts to regular delivery and shouldn't be put on the customer. Perhaps it is time for them to make the employees pay more into their good pensions and other benefits, just like we do.
