I just bought in Avalon to escape graft and good old boy politics. How is it that Avalon Taxpayers appear to be paying to put utilities underground for a developer . Why does this town cozy up to developers? Why doesn't Avalon put all of the unsightly utility wires underground. I guess the pole in front of my house will stay while the builders and developers get a free ride. What an abuse of taxpayer money!!!!!
